Complete the Online Annual Update

The Online Annual Update is now open and is mandatory for all families to complete. You can access the Online Annual Update through the Parent Portal. Follow the prompts on the parent portal to start the process of updating emergency contacts, address, immunization record, etc.

After completing the annual update, it is VERY important that you click on the "Documents" tab (at the left on the menu) and complete the forms specific to Bret Harte.

You can also watch this helpful video on "How to do Annual Update through IC parent portal" (English) (Spanish). If you have questions about the Annual Update please review this FAQ document. If you need tech support to access or set up your account please contact the Family Tech Support department.

Purchase PE Clothes

You can pre-order PE clothes through this Google Form. After ordering you will receive an invoice via email. Orders placed by 12 noon the day before orientation with completed payments will be available for pick up during orientation. Orders placed after that time will be filled when school is in session. You can also pay for PE clothes with cash or check at the main office.
